Thank you for your interest in participating in the faculty and staff processional for the Latinx Grad 2024 on Saturday, May 18 in Laxson Auditorium. Please confirm your participation in the event processional by May 10 to ensure sufficient reserved seating. (Tickets are not required for faculty and staff joining the processional. However, tickets are required for all other guests and must be secured through a participating graduate.)
Academic regalia is preferred, yet optional. Each ceremony is approximately 1.5 hours in length. After each event, the planning team will host a brief reception on Ayers Hall Lawn. Be sure to join us for music and refreshments!
Below are the College and major assignments for the two Latinx Grad ceremonies. You are welcome to join us for both events or attend just one. Please arrive at the Laxson Auditorium lobby at least 10 minutes before the ceremony and check-in with the coordinating member of our planning team. We will keep an eye out for you, too! Thank you.
