Thank you for your interest in The Irish Fusion Festival! Please read the following carefully before proceeding with your application.
All vendors need to be self-contained and self-sufficient. If a generator is required it must be silent. Vendors are required to supply their own food preparation equipment, hand-wash stations, display materials, lighting, weatherproofing, and flooring (if necessary). Water and power access are not available from the event organizers. Parking is not available throughout the festival.
Vendors must have a valid Vancouver Coastal Health Permit and display a valid Greater Vancouver Fire Chief's Association (GVFCA) Decal.
The event officially runs from
05:00PM - 10:00PM on Friday 18th August and 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM on Saturday 19th August. All food vendors must be set-up and ready for business on Friday 04:00PM for health inspections.
All applicants must be available for both the Friday and Saturday.
Prices are as follows:
Food Vendors - $500
Commercial Vendors - $400
Non-Profits - Free 10x10ft space
