You will only be given access to Infinite Campus if  you are listed as a parent/guardian of the requested student(s).  If you are not listed as one, and need to be, you will need to contact your student's school and have your name and information added to their records with the permission of the current parent/guardian or court of law.

If your information is listed differently on school records to what you submit on this form, access will not be given.  Once the information is corrected with the school, then access to Infinite Campus can be given.  This is to protect your child's information.
