Cancellation Notice

If you need to cancel an upcoming booked session, please submit this Cancellation Notice Form as soon as you can. This Cancellation Notice Form will serve as your cancellation notice.

We will follow our Cancellation Policy to process your cancellation.

For requested rescheduled sessions, you will receive a booking confirmation email once your booking request is received and your requested rescheduled session is booked.
