Guided Execution for Emerging Entrepreneurs [GE3] is a programme for helping emerging entrepreneurs and career professionals implement ideas and structures shared in the IIS, Clubhouse Conversations or STSB. GE3 is an enhancement of the former Personalized Ad-Hoc Consulting sessions.

Clubhouse Conversations are audio-only sessions where ideas are discussed in the context of emerging entrepreneurs and career professionals who want to leverage digital to position themselves for success.

Simple Technology for Small Business [STSB] (formally called Kabila Community Workshops) are practical, hands-on sessions where specific tasks aimed at improving ventures using technology are demonstrated.

Guided Execution consists of hand-holding to implement any one of the following:

• 30-Day LinkedIn Visibility - Aggressive LinkedIn visibility based on a 30-day project
  
• Customer Data on Google Forms - End-to-end system for collecting and curating customer data
• Social Media Strategy - Complete set of artefacts for executing a six-month social media strategy

• Book Keeping Setup on QuickBooks - Complete book keeping setup on QuickBooks

GE3 is a paid session which costs $250 or equivalent. It comes with free support for three months (Early Life Support) after which support will be charged on an hourly rate.
