The 2024 Easter Family gathering is a collaboration between Silver Wattle and the AYM Children & JYF Committee.

The 2024 Easter Family Gathering starts on the afternoon of Friday 29/3 and runs until Monday 1/4 morning tea time. 

Registration is open between 21 Feb and 4 March. Filling in this form does not guarantee you a spot, as we are trying to respond to feedback from last year and prioritise those who are able to attend the whole gathering and those with older children (8 and above) and/or JYFs.

To help us accommodate as many people as we can, we we are asking families to share rooms or to consider camping. For example, if one adult and one child register, we will allocate you one room. If one adult and 2 or 3 children register, we will allocate you two rooms and so on.

The Easter Family Gathering runs from Friday 29 March afternoon until Monday 1 April afternoon. We hope you will be able to attend the whole gathering.
Please indicate what time and day you hope to arrive (ideally between 2 and 6 pm 29/3) and how you will get here.

Departure - the program will finish at morning tea time on Monday 1/4. We hope everyone will stay until Monday. We understand some people may want or need to stay longer, especially to accommodate travel plans.

Does anyone you are registering have any accessibility requirements or things we should know about to help make your stay here comfortable?

Are you an approved Quaker Child carer and/Or do you have a working with children check (WWCC) from your state AND are you willing to be one of the designated carers for a session (about 2 hours on a single day day)?         *

The EFG program is aimed at older children and JYFs. in order to make this work, we expect parents to participate in much of the program There may be some sessions where approved child carers will take responsibility for the group and you may choose not to participate. You will need to sign your under 18s in and out of these sessions if you are not(?) participating. *
As a parent or carer, we will need you to fill in a medical form and consent form for the children you are accompanying. These will be sent out once your registration has been confirmed *
The EFG is subsidised by Silver Wattle and the CJYF Committee. The Cost is $50 per adult per night. Under 18s are free.
Once Registration has closed, we will contact people about payment.
