Thank you very much for your interest in signing up as a mentor for the inaugural OSCOLA Professional Mentorship Programme ("OPMP").

The OPMP aims to empower aspiring lawyers at Oxford and help them understand the realities of a career in commercial law. We hope to provide passionate students with access to insights which can help them make informed career/education decisions. Therefore, our programme aims to even the playing field for students with less access and resources by helping them overcome the barriers of entering the legal profession.

The OPMP is slated to commence at the start of Spring Break 2023 and end in Trinity Term 2023, during which mentor-mentee pairs are only required to have two meetings. As the programme is designed to ensure maximum flexibility, the duration, location (online or offline), and subject matter of each meeting will be left to the discretion of each pairing. If mentors and mentees wish to meet more than twice during the OPMP or wish to meet beyond programme, they are free to do so.
