CWPC 2024 Junior Olympics Sign-Up
You must complete this form before 15 May, 2024 to reserve a spot to play with Clovis Water Polo Club in the USA Water Polo Junior Olympics qualification tournament and Junior Olympics National tournament. Dates and locations are listed below. Entry deadlines for these events are at the end of May so we must finalize rosters before then.
Everyone who signs up will play, but if you don't sign up and miss the roster deadline at the end of May, USAWP will not allow us to add you to our roster.

JO Qualification
Boys and Girls 12U & 14U -- 7-9 June @ Sacramento (likely 1 day for 12U and 2 days for 14U) -- event info
Boys 16U & 18U -- 14-16 June @ Clovis
Girls 16U & 18U -- 14-16 June @ Merced

Junior Olympics
Boys 12U, 14U, 16U, & 18U -- 20-23 July @ San Jose area -- Boys JO Team Hotel Room Block
Girls 12U, 14U, 16U, & 18U -- 25-28 July @ San Jose area -- Girls JO Team Hotel Room Block

USAWP Athlete Requirements for these events 
All of the following must be completed before the end of May through the athlete's USAWP membership page (www.usawaterpolo.org).
  • USA Water Polo "Gold Athlete" membership 
  • Affiliate with "Clovis Water Polo Club"
  • Date of Birth verification
  • If you will turn 18 before 1 August, 2024, then you must also complete the Center for SafeSport Training
