All fine arts students in grades 5-12 in the Mukwonago Area School District are eligible to apply for scholarship money provided by the Mukwonago Fine Arts Boosters for summer camps or programs with a focus on the fine arts. If you are interested, please complete all questions on this form. The deadline for submission is Friday, May 17th, 2024. If you are selected, funds will be made available prior to the start of the program.
