Please put in the name of the oligarch, sanctioned person or otherwise relevant person about whose asset you wish to report. Do NOT put in the name of a nominee shareholder or a family member, if you believe that someone is holding the asset for the person of interest. There is a field for that below.

Please describe the asset - share the address if it's real estate, explain what type of vehicle it is, license plates or registration, etc.
Where is the asset located?
For real estate or companies, please share the (main) address with us. For yachts, planes or other assets please put in the country of registration, if known. Leave empty if you do not know.
Does the person hold the asset directly in their own name? *
It is common to hold assets through holding companies or in the name of lawyers, family members or other nominee holders.
If applicable - what is the name of the holding company or the nominee person owning the asset on paper?
Please include as much information as possible - the company's jurisdiction or the nominee person's relationship with the person of interest for example.
How certain are you that the asset belongs to the person of interest? *
1 means not very certain, 5 means provable in court. Use your own judgement. You can upload documents using the link at the bottom of the page.
