Thank you for your interested in the Fields Institute's Ask a Mathematician program. This form will help us determine if we can schedule a virtual visit to your classroom. Please note that filling in this form does not guarantee your classroom a virtual visit. We will contact you to discuss options and availabilities.

This is a free program.

All visits are 1 hour in length.

Technical Requirements *

As this is a virtual program we need to know a little about the technical capabilities of your classroom so we can plan accordingly. Please check all that you have access to for your class.

I have a projector and screen so the Mathematician can present to the entire class from one computer

Students will be participating in the presentation in the same room physically but from individual or small group devices

Each student will be on their own device, some will be physically together in the classroom, some will be joining virtually from another location

All students will be joining from other locations (a completely virtual classroom)

We are currently FULL for our fall sessions. However, by submitting this form we will keep your name and information on file for our winter sessions along with some 'on-demand' resources we are currently working on!
