Yläkaupungin Yö 2020 - esiintyjähakemus/application form for performers
Pääsymaksuton festivaali Yläkaupungin Yö järjestetään lauantaina 16.5.2020 ja tapahtuman teemana on UNIVERSUMI - maailmankaikkeus rajattomuudessaan yhden yläkaupungin rajojen sisällä, ja samalla nimenomaan UNImaailmana jossa ei ole fysiikan rajoja, vain mielikuvituksen. Suosimme valinnoissamme teemaa toteuttavia/esilletuovia esiintyjiä, mutta ehdottomana vaatimuksena ja kriteerinä se ei ole.

Tänäkin vuonna tuotamme festivaalin teknisesti kevyempänä ja painotamme erityisesti bändien/esitysten valinnassa artisteja/yhtyeitä jotka esiintyvät kevyellä kalustolla tai toteuttavat itse teknisen tuotantonsa (esim. oma teltta äänentoistoineen) ja ovat mahdollisesti valmiita lainaamaan soittimiaan/kalustoaan myös muille esiintyjille.

Vastaathan kaikkiin kysymyksiin, joihin sinulla on olemassa tieto. Tähdellä merkityt kohdat ovat pakollisia. Muista klikata "lähetä/submit", kun olet valmis! Sen jälkeen saat sähköpostiisi vastauksesi sekä linkin, jonka kautta vastauksia voi myöhemmin täydentää tai muokata.

Huomaathan, että Yläkaupungin Yö ei maksa esiintyjilleen palkkioita, vain esiintymisestä aiheutuneet kulut. Kaikkiin valittuihin esiintyjiin ollaan yhteydessä huhtikuun aikana.  Esiintyjähakemuksen ehdoton viimeinen deadline 20.3.2020!

IN ENGLISH:
Yläkaupungin Yö takes place on Saturday 16th of May 2020. This year's theme is UNIVERSUMI, underlining the word "uni" (dream) in the word "universumi" (universum). The festival is a small, limitless universum within the limits of Jyväskylä's uptown and the performances/experiences are only limited by imagination and not the real world and it's laws of physics. We prefer performers who can bring forth the theme of this year's festival in their shows, but it is not an requirement.

The festival prefers artists/performances/groups which operate with or require light technical production and are possibly open to lending their instruments or other equipment to other performers.

Please answer to all questions possible. Questions or sections marked with an asterisk are required fields. Remember to press "submit" when you are ready. You will be sent a confirmation email with your answers and also a link to edit your answers later on.

Please note that Yläkaupungin Yö does not pay performance fees, only minor costs such as travelling expenses. Every selected performer will be contacted during April 2020. The deadline for submitting applications is 20.3.2020!

OHJE: Nimeä kuvatiedostot esityksen ja kuvaajan nimen mukaisesti. Esimerkiksi: ”Meidän bändin promokuva 1 – Kuvaaja Teuvo Teräväpiirto.jpg”. Voit myös luoda kuville oman kansion, mikäli materiaalia on paljon. Voit siirtää tiedostot joko hiirellä ”raahaamalla” tai sitten oikean napin kautta ”lähetä tiedostoja / upload files”.

INSTRUCTIONS: Name your image according to the name of your performance and photographer. For example: "(Band name here) picture 1 - Photographer (Name here).jpg". You can also add a new folder for the images if you have plenty of material. You can move files either by "dragging" them with your mouse or by clicking the right mouse button and "upload files".
