Summer Camp Counselor Application
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old
  • Dates of employment: June 12 - August 18, 2023 (Week off July 10th-July 14th)
  • Hours will be between 8:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday
  • Pay Rate $13.00 per hour
  • Training will be provided the week of June 12th
  • All required, mandatory clearances and certifications must be submitted prior to the camp's start date

I Job Description
   This is a physically active and highly involved position. Counselors will be expected to be hands-on with the campers in all activities. These activities include farm chores, farm animal interactions, STEM based activities, water exploration, games, etc. Our campers will range from grades First through Eighth. Counselors will be responsible for the supervision and safety of their group at all times. 
   The Lands At Hillside Farms is Animal Welfare Approved by A Greener World and all staff will be required to adhere to our animal welfare guidelines and standards. Training will be provided prior to the beginning of camp.
   In regards to Grief Camp, staff will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement due to the sensitivity of cases. The safety and well being of all campers is top priority.
