Youth Mental Health First Aid
Please use this form to register for Youth Mental Health First Aid.  As this class is highly interactive, it is limited to 25 participants.  Individuals who register after the first 25 responses will be considered on the waiting list.

This session will take place on Saturday, October 5, 2019, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at St. James Episcopal Church, Potomac, Maryland.  At the end of the session, you will receive a certificate that is valid for three years.  You must attend the full day in order to receive the certificate.  

Your e-mail address will be used so that I can register you on the instructor portal at the Youth Mental Health First Aid website.  This will allow the course evaluation to be sent to you for completion, upon which you will receive an electronic copy of your certificate.
