Increasing workforce diversity can weaken the relationships that are needed for information processing, due to biases, misunderstanding and subgroup formations. This workshop helps health professionals in training to bridge between their interprofessional and DEI competencies in order to successfully navigate differences as thoughtful, skillful agents of change.  This training intervention will help you to build relationships of shared goals, shared knowledge and mutual respect, supported by frequent, timely, accurate and problem-solving communication across professional, gender, racial, ethnic and socioeconomic differences in your workplace.  It will enable you as a health professional to better leverage the rich information offered by diversity to achieve better outcomes for your patients, your colleagues, and yourself.
