While our facilities will be operating in a different capacity over the next few months we are still committed to building a reliable, passionate, and adaptable operation's team. There are many opportunities for growth within our program area and the department. The operations program is responsible for managing access and activity spaces, facility upkeep, opening and closing the facility, enforcing policy, and in many ways are the face of the facility. Furthermore, they are the first responders to the majority of all medical accidents or incidents that may take place within our facility. This job requires the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. This is a year-round position for UC Santa Barbara students and starts at an hourly rate of $15 (2022).
