This online, interactive session has been developed to meet the needs of PhD students and Postdocs, with a particular focus on your wellbeing during this time of crisis and uncertainty through a community of support.
In this session, we will explore timely topics on how to manage stress, work from home, eat well, and stay active as we all are adjusting to changes in personal and professional lives. Dr. Deborah Barry will also incorporate useful exercises for breathing and mind-body connection. This session will include a short presentation, active participation, and reserved time for Q&A, conversations, and sharing resources.
