Contestants must be 18 years of age or older.
The contest will last approximately three (3) minutes.
Peppers must be eaten down to ⅛ inch of the cap to be counted.
Contestants may only eat one pepper at a time.
Contestants will not be allowed any other foods or beverages during the contest.
Contestants will be disqualified should they be unable to keep the peppers down.
The contestant with the most stems after the time is called will be the winner.
Contestants will be allowed to finish any pepper remaining in their mouth when time is called.
Should there be a tie, contestants will compete in a 30 second competition.
The winner will receive $100 and the 2021 Ganzo’s Jalapeño Eating Contest trophy.
