Mound Fort Jr. High Summer Credit Recovery Program is in place to help all 9th graders get back on track to graduate. We will have certified teachers as well as tutors available in our school to help students complete their courses. Students will be making up credit from 1st - 4th terms. Students will need to complete the required work for each 0.25 credit they are making up to get their grade changed to a 60%, D-.

Classes will be held at Mound Fort Jr. High from  8:30 am to 11:30 am in the Innovation Center, Monday - Thursday, June 6 - June 30. Students must be in attendance every day until all credits are made up.  If they do not attend they may be replaced and lose the opportunity to attain the credit by only completing what they missed as opposed to the entire quarter. Breakfast and Lunch will be provided for all students that attend on campus summer school.

A student will not be registered until either this form or the paper form is completed. You do not have to complete both applications. Just one.
