2023-2024 Michigan Youth Ensembles Absence Notification Form
This form is for Michigan Youth Ensemble (MYE) Students to submit any anticipated / past absences from any regular MYE scheduled event (i.e. concerts, dress rehearsals, concerts, etc.).
Students should do their best to submit any anticipated absence(s) at least
1 (one) week prior to the anticipated absence
