フォーム始めに登録料$100（non-refundable)の引き落としと、教材費、授業料引き落としためACH銀行口座登録の項目があります。銀行口座登録は保護されたサイトDocusignに移動します。Docusignが終わりましたら、またこちらのフォームにお戻りになり、最後までご記入をされたあとSubmitを押していただき、手続きが完了となります。２月末までに、入学手続きと準備についてのお知らせをお送りします。
