COVID and mental wellbeing this summer
We know there are young people in our community that are struggling now restrictions have eased and school is over for the holidays. It can be a conflicting time, while some will want to get out and enjoy the summer, we may be feeling anxious, out of routine and still concerned about COVID-19.
We want to send out the message that you are not alone - it's okay to have these worries and there is support available for those that need it.

This short survey is 100% anonymous and no personal data is required to answer it. There are just three questions, they require written answers - please feel free to make them as short or as detailed as you like. There are no right or wrong answers, we are looking for your personal experiences and feelings. Feel free to skip any of the questions if you find them difficult to answer.

If you have any questions please e-mail jenny@washingtonmind.org.uk

For free 24/7 support, text SHOUT to 85258. Or you can call the Samaritans at 116 123.
