Spiced Cider Donut and Caramel Apple              Pre-Order Form
Let's celebrate Fall!! The PTA will be hosting a drive-by pickup event.  PRE-ORDER delicious spiced cider donuts and gourmet caramel apples from Morkes Chocolates, in Palatine.  All orders must be picked up Wednesday, 10/28 at Dryden Elementary School.  

All pre-orders must be submitted and paid for by Wednesday, 10/21.
Payment will be collected via the Cheddar Up link below. *No items will be sold during the pickup event.
