Job Title: Software Developer (Java)
Qualification:
Any IT field Degree such as B.E., BCA, B.Sc. Computer, MCA etc.
Percentage Criteria:
10th Board: Minimum of 65% or First Class and Above
12th Board: Minimum of 65% or First Class and Above
Graduation: Minimum of 60% or First Class and Above with no Gap in completion of course.
CTC Offered: Rs -1, 44,000/- per annum
Job Description:
The Job consists of working on following areas of work at the project level :
Proficient in Java
Designs, develops and implements web-based java applications to support business
requirements and projects
Write well designed, testable, efficient code
Profound insights into Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory management, Transaction management, etc)
Experience with test-driven development
Proficient with APIs and service oriented architectures
Object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
Understanding of established software development life cycles
Resolves technical issues through debugging, research and investigation
Fundamental understanding of web-based systems programming and development
Ability to learn and use new technologies
Experience in trouble shooting system issues
Soft Skills
Good communication skills
Good appitute and an analytical mind with the ability to think clearly & logically
Good Presentation Skills
Expertise in working in fast pace, high tech environment requiring skills in task scheduling management
Main Responsibilities:
Creates user information solutions by developing, implementing and maintaining Java based components and interfaces
Maintains existing prototypes and scripts
Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
Design and conduct tests
Contribute to team meetings
Develop new applications that serve existing software systems
Further develop current software
Support users by developing documentation and assistance tools
Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
A team player who is effective working independently and collaboratively
Java: Fresher trainee
Exposure in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)
Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies
Knowledege in the Struts / Spring Framework
Knowledege in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (Struts / Spring MVC)
Knowledege with test-driven development
Knowledge of tools such as ecllipse & Dreamweaver
Experience: Fresher/Experience (0-1year exp)
