* Complete this form, even if you do not require a pick up in Augusta, Maine at the Concord Bus station on Monday, August 26, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.

* International Orientation will be held August 26-29, 2024.

*New Student Orientation will be held August 30-September 2, 2024. 

The UMF arrival date for all incoming International/NSE Students and Scholars is Monday, August 26, 2024.
No early arrival is allowed.  

Pickup will be at the Concord Bus Station in Augusta, Maine on Monday, August 26, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. 

If you arrive in Augusta later than 11:00 a.m., you will have to find your own transportation to UMF. Note: UMF is 1 hour away from Augusta, Maine. Taxi fare costs $75 - $100 U.S. dollars for a trip from Augusta to Farmington. Exchange money in your US arrival airport so that you will have US Dollars with you just in case!

Arrival at Portland International Jetport (PWM):
If you will fly into Portland, Maine on Sunday, August 25, you will likely stay overnight in Portland and take the Concord Coach bus on Monday, August 26, departing Portland at 10:00 a.m. and arriving in Augusta at 10:55 a.m. This is the only morning bus from Portland to Augusta.

Arrival into Portland Transportation Center (Concord Coach Lines Bus):
If you fly into Boston, Massachusetts on or before Sunday, August 25, and will stay overnight in Boston, you will then take a bus from Boston, Massachusetts to Portland, Maine on Monday, August 26, and must schedule accordingly for arrival in Augusta, Maine by 10:55 a.m. This would require you to take the 8:00 a.m. bus from Boston, South Station.
