Thank you so much for your interest in volunteering at the 11th Annual Black Trans Advocacy Conference April 23-27th at the (add location). We have several volunteer opportunities ranging from 1-4 hour shifts available for you to choose from.

*Special Notes:

Pre-Conference volunteer opportunities on Wednesday, April 17th will be located at BTAC's Office.
Pre-Conference volunteer opportunities on Monday, April 22th Volunteers will be split between locations at the hotel and BTAC's Office.
Awards Gala Volunteers will need Black Tie Attire/All Black Semi-Formal Attire on Friday, April 28th.
Family Day Volunteers will be split between locations at the hotel and Circle R Ranch on Saturday, April 29th.

1 hour: 12:00am-1:00am: TransManifest Live! Breakdown- help clean-up event space.

Volunteer time slots available on Thursday, April 27th:

1 hour: 1:30pm-2:30pm: Keynote Luncheon Breakdown- help clean-up event space.

1 hour: 12:30am-1:30am: BTIPS Pageant Breakdown- help clean-up event space.

Volunteer time slots available on Friday, April 28th:

4 hours: 1:00pm-4:00pm: Vendor Connections- assist vendor with vendor needs and clean-up.

4 hours 2:00pm-6:00pm: Awards Gala Set Up Group 2- help set-up event space.

1 hour: 12:00am-1:00am: Awards Gala Breakdown- help clean-up event space.
