I understand that each event must have an original score with measures numbered for the adjudicator.  Digital downloads must be accompanied by proof of purchase. IMSLP or other public domain site downloads must be accompanied by permission to print as an acceptable original. *
Failure to submit entry fees by the deadline date (15 days prior to the event)
Failure to submit entry fees by the deadline date (15 days prior to the event) will result in a $10.00 late fee and a letter to the school principal and region chairman.  Failure to submit both forms and fees within seven days after the deadline will disqualify the band’s/orchestra’s participation at the event in question.

Cost per ensemble is $5.00 per each member.

To qualify for State, Students must be in grade 10, 11, or 12*, must have made a 1st division at region solo and ensemble contest, must have had a piano accompaniment at region if the music specified such, music was chosen from the required state list, and the specified instrumentation was used.  

I hereby certify that my students have met all the requirements in the rules and that all information submitted by me is correct.
