In addition to this suggestion box, we proactively seek feedback from all players in a quarterly survey that is posted in TeamReach. We use that community wide survey to get feedback on major changes when possible.

For questions, we will update the FAQ section of the website periodically to reflect those Q&As received. For time sensitive questions, please also reach out to the leadership via TeamReach.

For comments/feedback/suggestions, we'll review periodically and take action as appropriate. This may likely include developing questions in our community-wide survey to understand the scope/severity of the issue.
