Beth Am will be celebrating Rabbi Kelley on June 12 at a Shabbat service in her honor.  At this service, we will welcome daveners (and children) who are either vaccinated or not vaccinated for Covid-19.  Only those who have pre-registered will be admitted to the Beth Am building on June 12.

A few days prior to June 12, you will receive a confirmation email from Beth Am's Executive Director, David Rothenberg with important information regarding your attendance.

To register / attend, you must have experienced no symptoms suggesting Covid-19.

By attending services at Beth Am, you understand that there is inherent risk in gathering during this time, and you agree to follow the guidelines outlines in these instructions, including wearing a mask at all times and practicing social distancing.

Please complete this registration form NO LATER THAN Wednesday, June 9  in order to attend the Shabbat service at Beth Am Synagogue on Saturday, June 12th.
