Please note we are at capacity for the 2024 school year and have a current waitlist for most year levels. If we have any spaces become available during the 2024 school year,
due to withdrawal of current students we will then give first priority to applicants that have already submitted applications.
We will still process New Entrants (5-year-old) to
start in Term 4 2024.

2025 APPLICATIONS FOR BOTANY & GOLFLANDS CAMPUS
Cut-off date for guaranteed processing of applications is 31st July 2024.
Once your application has been processed onto the waitlist you will receive an acknowledgement letter via email.
We will also accept applications for Term 1 2026. Please note there may be a delay in processing these applications as our priority is processing for the 2025 school year.
APPLICATION SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
Please have the following documentation that is required for your application ready to upload and make sure you also submit your application form at the same time. Please just upload documents we require as listed below that pertain to your child/ren's application and submit the supporting documents with your child's name as per application.
Applications WILL NOT be processed without the correct supporting
documentation and online application form. If you are emailed in regard to an incomplete application and have not responded with documents requested within one month of application, your original application will be deleted.
DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
* Password protection needs to be removed from all supporting documents
especially Immigration Visa's.
* Please make sure if your documents are transcribed into English.
* Please make sure you complete the application
form to the end of Section 15 and submit.
* PLEASE UPLOAD THE FOLLOWING AS PDF's.
These documents can be uploaded when you get to Section 12 of the application.
Please submit all documents under the name of the child your application is for.
Birth Certificate (all applications)
Copy of Passport showing NZ residency status (If not NZ born)
Copy of Parent(s) Passport and Work Visa (If not NZ born)
Copies of TWO most recent school reports (Year 1 and above)
Copy of completed Immunisation Certificate (New Entrant Only - 5 year old)
Copy of custody documentation (if applicable)
Statement of Faith Form (This will be in a section as you go through the online application)
Proprietor Special Character Donation Form (This will be in a section as you go through the online
application)
Pastoral Recommendation Form - Please download and send to your Pastor to complete, they must email it directly back to us as it is a confidential document between the Pastor and the school.
