I hereby authorize, grant, and assign to Norcross Wildlife Foundation all rights in photographs or video taken of my child/guardian for any lawful purpose while at Norcross Wildlife Foundation events or on Norcross Wildlife Foundation property, including the right to take, edit, copy, publish and make use of such photographs and/or videos in any publicity, illustration, copyright, advertising, and Website content as indicated below:   Photograph/Video ONLY of my child (not including their name).        

I understand that neither I nor my child shall have any right to control the use or publication by Norcross Wildlife Foundation of the photographs or video.

On behalf of myself and of my child, I hereby release and hold harmless Norcross Wildlife Foundation from all claims and liability arising out of or relating to the use of said photographs and video.  I acknowledge that this release is voluntary and that neither I nor the minor child will receive any compensation of any type associated with any use or publication of the photographs or video. 

By signing this release, I understand that I give up substantial rights on behalf of my child, including rights relating to publicity and privacy with respect to the commercial use and publication of the photographs and/or video.  I further attest that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child listed above and have full authority to consent to and grant this release.
