A submitted registration form indicates that you have read and agreed to the terms set out below:
1. At least 70% payment must be made before the start of the training and 30% balance must be paid on the last day of the training.
2. Tenol Alpha will plan to execute all scheduled training programs but reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses with at least 5 days notice. In the event of such cancellation, registrants can choose to have all prepaid fees refunded in full or credited towards the next available date.
3. In the event of a cancellation from the registrant, kindly send a mail to temitopeudom@tenol-alpha.com at least 5 days to the training date, otherwise the following rates apply for late cancellation:
Two Days to Course Date - 20% Charge
Less than 24 hours or 'No show' - No refund or Credited to next available date.
