WHAT TO BRING:
We ask that you bring at least two styles of beer, they can be draft or cans for patrons to sample (We will update amount of tickets as it gets closer to event)
• Draft equipment
• Table cloths
•
10’ x 10’ tent (If you do not have one, we can provide one for an additional charge) • Staff
(If you do not have one, we can provide one for an additional charge) - Staff for pouring (Volunteers Available if needed please let us know a week ahead of event to arrange this) WE PROVIDE:
-We require at least 2 varieties of beer and will pay for 1 keg of beer at cost (All other beer can also be used as a donation to our non profit NAMI Colorado)
-10x10 Space
• 8' table
• Power if needed (please leave a note below if you need power).
- Ice (we saw feedback from last year and this year we have arranged for a refrigerated trailer for extra kegs or cases and a frozen trailer for ice, along with two dedicated ice teams)
- Reserved Parking Space near booth location
- Water Fill up and rinse bottles if needed
Advertising for participating breweries will include but not limited to.
-Mentions in radio ads leading up to the event
-Logos added to flyers handed out around local businesses and events
