2021 Triple Play Weekend Registration
Please complete this form to register for B-CC's 2021 Triple Play Weekend.  Basic details are listed below:

When: October 15-17, 2021 (Tentative Arrival Time 5-6:30 pm on October 15th/Tentative Dismissal Time 12-1pm on October 17th)

Cost: $25 per member (Due upon arrival at activity- Cash accepted or Checks payable to "Civil Air Patrol")

Members are encouraged to attend the entire weekend and camp overnight.  However, you can come/go as needed to meet any other commitments you may during the weekend.  

Please note on this form any items on the packing list that you do not expect to have when you arrive at the activity.  Most camping related items (sleeping bags, pads, tents, etc) can be loaned to you for the duration of the activity.

Activity is expected to run from 5 pm on Friday, October 15th through 1 pm on Sunday, October 17th.

Please ensure that any medications you are required or may take during the activity is listed on your CAPF 160 (Member Health Form).  Please note: Members will administer their own medication.

Members are expected to make every effort to obtain items on the packing list.  However, some items are available for temporary issue during the activity.  Members will be contacted ASAP by Supply Staff regarding any equipment requests that cannot be filled by the Squadron.  If you plan to have all items, simply respond with "NA"

The weekend concludes with a picnic for members, family, friends starting around 12 pm on Sunday, October 27th.  Please let us know how many will stop by for food so we can plan accordingly!  If your guests have any food restrictions, please note them below.
