Our hand decorated sugar cookies are perfect for making any event extra special or to give as a gift.  We personally design each cookie to fit your theme or needs.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

PRICING:
All of our cookies are made to order. Our prices start at $30/dozen for mini , $60/dozen for standard and $72/dozen for large-extra large. All final pricing is depending on size, design, theme and level of detail.

There is a 2 dozen order minimum for standard size cookies and a 3 dozen minimum for mini cookies.  Gift Sets are excluded from this minimum but are subject to availability.

***A 50% deposit/retainer fee is required at the time of order for all custom orders. The invoice for the deposit/retainer is due within 48 hours of when invoice was sent. The remaining balance plus a final count is due one week before your delivery/pickup date. This date will be located on your invoice.

Your order is not confirmed and booked until we receive your deposit.  WE CAN NOT HOLD DATES. Order dates are also subject to availability. We are a small family business and take the utmost personal care and attention to each order. We do not mass produce thus we can only take a certain number of orders each week.

Full Payment is due in full at time of order for any orders placed 2 weeks or less from due date.

The deposit is a retainer for our services.

PAYMENT:
INVOICES are sent through our Point of Sales System and will appear as ROCSOLOLLC dba DoodlesSweetTreats. You may pay via a Paypal account, Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover.

We do not accept personal checks

PICKUP POLICY:
 We have three pickup locations. Pickup Location #1 is in Arrington, TN. The pickup address will be listed on your invoice. Pickup Location #2 is at Nash Family Creamery (4019 Hwy 41A North , Chapel Hill, TN) or Pickup Location #3  Doodles Bakery & Kitchen (117 E. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, TN) . PLEASE KEEP A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE FOR PICKUP TIME AND ADDRESS REFERENCE. If you need to change your pickup day for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request but it is not guaranteed.  

CANCELLATIONS:
There is a 25% cancellation charge (this is half of your deposit/retainer fee) of the total order amount if we are not notified at least 3 weeks before scheduled delivery or pick-up. Order cancellations 2 weeks prior of order date will result in a 50% cancellation charge (this is your whole deposit/retainer fee). Order cancellation within 1 week or less of the scheduled delivery or pick-up will result in a 75% - 100% charge of the total order, depending on where we are in production.

If you are a no show for pickup, you forfeit monies paid and your items. We can not hold items. If you need to change your pickup day for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request but it is not guaranteed.
