DOBCEL School CEMEA vote management
The employee access period and eligible voting period are crucial aspects of enterprise bargaining set out by the Fair Work Commission.  As we progress to these stages for the CEMEA 2022 please indicate the details of how you will coordinate this at your school by responding to the questions below.

Note that you can edit your answers and you will automatically be forwarded a copy of your response by email once submitted.

Voting must occur between  Tuesday, 20 June and Wednesday, 21 June 2023.  This is referred to as the eligible voting period.

You can select specific times that suit the operational needs of the school during the above voting period, but it is important to ensure that you enable employees the flexibility to vote during as much of the voting period as possible.

Also, note the ballot forms and vote lodgement box must always be supervised and cannot be left unattended.
