Please list the honors or enhanced classes you have taken as a student at UB. Please also list graduate classes, global field studies, and internships for credit.  Please include the course title, course HEGIS and number (ex. PSYC 101), the instructor, the term/semester of completion, and the number of credits earned for the course. Transfer students are required to complete twelve (12) credits of enhanced courses, Freshman are required to complete fifteen (15) credits of enhanced course. Enhanced courses should be demarcated on your transcript as "Denit Honors Enhanced Course."

Co-Curricular Event Participation
Co-curricular events include all events emailed by the Denit Honors Student Assistant in Monday emails, internal Denit events, and any events approved by Dr. Farley as co-curricular in nature. These events should have been submitted to the UB Honors Course under assignments. Please include the name of the event and the date of attendance. Honors students are required to complete two (2) co-curricular events per semester that they are enrolled in Denit Honors. Please only fill out the number of events you were required to complete.
