Ratios, Proportions, & Percents Sign Up Form
This hour long class will teach students how to feel confident solving ratios and proportions, doing word problems involving ratios and proportions, and converting from fractions and decimals to percents and from percents to fractions and decimals. This class will allow them to explore these concepts while working collaboratively with other students, and we will practice and solidify their understanding through hands on activities and fun games. This class meets once a week for 8 weeks. There is a maximum of 10 students for this class.

When: Tuesdays 1:00-2:00; 8 weeks; April 12, 2022 - May 31, 2022
Tuition: $80

Classes are held in South Greensboro (the address will be sent to you when you register).
There is a non-refundable deposit of $20 due at the time of sign-up. The remaining tuition is due by April 12, 2022.

In case of an emergency, I give permission to Jessica Eaton to provide medical treatment for the above child (children). I give authorization for treatment to all medical personnel.
