Welcome to the registration form for the International Dinner in the fall 2020. As the Covid situation is still prevalent, we are obligated to keep a full list of all participants. Due to the same reason we will also use the list for the entrance check. Thus, we're asking you to fill in the form completely and correctly.

Any information given will only be used for this specific event. They will not be forwarded to any 3rd-party unless there has been a confirmed case of the virus. All information will be discarded after 2 weeks after the event ends.
