Steps:
1. Upload your videos/photos to your Google Drive (hcpss or your personal email account)
2. Get a shareable link to the videos/photos**
     a. Make sure this link allows anyone with the link to view!
3. Do NOT delete this video/photo!

For computers (recommended): Right-click the video/notes --> Get Link --> (if Restricted) Click Anyone with the link
For phones: Click the three dots on the right of the video/notes -->  Link sharing on --> Get Link

Submission using Youtube (an option for videos):
1. Upload your video to Youtube
2. Get the link to the video
