AAPI Women's Anxiety Group

When: Group starts in February 2023

Who: Open to AAPI women (18+) who reside in the state of CA.

What: A support group that enhances self-exploration for AAPI women who want to share space with others with similar experiences.

Where: Zoom link will be provided upon enrollment

Group Goals: Group members will gain tools to navigate stress, increase awareness of their experiences, and build community with other women who share similar experiences.

Time: TBD depending on participants' preference.

Cost: $425 for all 6 sessions; payment plan available
