Spring B 2024 Swim Lesson Inquiry Form 
The Spring B 2024 Swim Session will run May 6th to June 24th, this form is for Spring B registration ONLY. Each child is entitled to one make up lesson per session regardless of time missed. The make-up must be scheduled via email . Make-up times can be booked in free slots during the week or we will have a make-up week running for both Spring sessions the week of June 25th. The group day and times are at the bottom of this form.  This form is just a request, you are not fully registered until you receive a confirmation email to make payment. Please make payment as soon as possible to successfully secure your spot. If you have any questions please email Lauren at swimming@cedarspringsclub.ca.

Group lessons will have a maximum of 5 swimmers. 
Pre-school Lessons are for children under the age of 6.
Swimmer Lessons are for children above the age of 6.

*Semi-private lessons are offered to candidates who have pre-arranged the pairing.
*Leadership class will only run if a minimum number of 3 candidates are signed up.
