1.Participants are required to be able to swim a distance of 25 meters; leash must be worn during the program/course.
參賽者必須能夠游泳25米;在課程中必須穿上腳繩。
2.I understand there are inherent risks in participating in the program/course offered by Hong Kong Surfing Lesson.
我明白參加Hong Kong Surfing Lesson提供的課程存在有的風險。
3.My participation in the Program is entirely at my own risk and I agree to release and forever discharge Hong Kong Surfing Lesson from liability and Claims that I may have or may have had but for this release arising from or in connection with my participation in the program/course.
我參與這個計劃完全是我自己的風險，有關於我參與的計劃/課程，我同意釋放和永久釋放Hong Kong Surfing Lesson的所有責任和索賠。
4.I declare that I am physically capable in participating in the lesson.
我宣布自己有體能上的能力參與課程/課程。
5.I agree to comply with all instructions and decisions that Hong Kong Surfing Lesson and its instructors make in order to secure the safety and comfort of all participants. 我同意遵守Hong Kong Surfing Lesson及其指導者為確保所有參與者的安全和舒適所做的所有指示和決定。
6.I understand that Hong Kong Surfing Lesson may photograph and/or film my kids during their participation in the courses and I agree to allow them to use these pictures, films, and/or likenesses for promotional purposes. 我了解，Hong Kong Surfing Lesson可以在小朋友參加課程期間拍攝影，並同意允許他們將這些照片，影片和/或肖像用於促銷目的。
7.I agree to comply with all course arrangement policies and weather arrangement of Hong Kong Surfing Lesson. 我同意遵守Hong Kong Surfing Lesson的所有課程安排政策和天氣安排。
8.For customer under 18, I am a parent/guardian of the child for whom the equipment is rented and have full authority to bind that child under this agreement. I will be solely responsible for the supervision of the child and all use of the equipment./對於18歲以下的顧客，我是參加課堂孩子的家長/監護人，並有權根據該協議約束該兒童。我將會負責監督孩子上堂時的安全。
9.The lesson fee does NOT include insurance, participants are recommended to have your own insurance. 課堂學費不包括保險, 如有需要，建議參加者自行準備。

10. I have read the statements of this legal document, understood the statements of this legal document and agree with its terms and conditions. I understand that this document is complete and that any oral promises or representations made to me concerning this document and/or its terms and conditions are not binding upon Hong Kong Surfing Lesson and its instructors. These terms shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns. These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. I agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
我理解 並同意條款和條件。

Covid-19 Policy:
1. No refund will be made if HKSL couldn’t  accommodate the government latest covid policy.
The paid surf camp fee can be redeemed for summer camp/ private lesson credit.
2. HKSL will not be responsible for any covid-related issue such as confirmed cases and isolation during and after the camp date.
3. HKSL will not do refund for any cancellation or rescheduling due to covid- related issue such as confirmed cases and isolation. With doctor verification, the paid surf camp fee can be redeemed for summer camp/ private lesson credit.
4. Please access your own risk under current covid situation before registering for the Easter surf camp.
5. If HKSL instructors got any covid-related issue such as confirmed cases and isolation before or during the camp day, HKSL will work out for instructor replacement. If there is no replacement, the camp day will be postponed with further notice.
