Course Selection Card 2021-2022
Dear Parents, please fill out the course Selection Card with your middle school student.  Students participate in two electives each semester (2 quarters).  There are two electives that run year long (band and drama).  Please note that if your child requires Intensive Math or Intensive Reading (based off of FSA scores and progress monitoring scores from 2020-2021), the student will be placed in those courses per State and County rules/guidelines.  Please be advised after 2 quarters go by, students may be removed from their electives and placed in course remediation dependent upon quarterly grades.

Elective Choices
Please consider your elective choices carefully. COURSE CHANGES FOR THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR WILL NOT BE ALLOWED AFTER JUNE 9, 2021. Choose a total of six choices starting with first choice.   Complete the form by Friday April 23, 2021

ELECTRONIC PARENT SIGNATURE REQUIRED: Course selections made during pre-registration are considered FINAL. Any request for a change in course after spring pre-registration must be made in writing. The random changing of courses at the beginning of school will not be honored due to the effect these changes have on classroom enrollment and the disruption of classroom instruction. Imagine Broward reserves the right to change subject selections depending on test results, school staffing and other factors which may affect course offerings. When selecting courses, it is the responsibility of the parent and the student to make certain that the courses selected are the ones they want.  While we make every effort to honor student choices, there is NO guarantee that students will be placed in any or all of their choices.  By signing electronically I agree I filled this out with my child and we acknowledge the guidelines set forth above. *
