Parents, use this form to register for weeks of Summer Camp. You can drop-in for any day without pre-registration.  The discounted weekly rate is $150 per child for care from 7:30am to 5:00pm. Extended care is available. There is a required $15 non-refundable deposit for each week you wish to reserve. Once the form has been submitted, a link to pay your deposit is sent.
