Event Registration for Plague's End in in Grimfells, Calontir.

After completing this form, you should receive an invoice with in 24 hours. This invoice must be paid within 24 hours or your registration will be voided, so watch your email and check your spam folder.


Please note that you still must stop at the gate to check in when you arrive on site.

1. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours or your reservation will be cancelled.

2. If you have questions or need to change anything once you have placed your reservation please contact the Calontir PayPal Deputy at epay@calontir.org

3. Refunds: The Event Steward must receive requests for pre-registration refunds in writing, postmarked or emailed no later than 3 days prior to the event. Refund requests should include the same information that was submitted in your registration. (you should have received an email when you registered). Refunds will only be paid via check from the group, after the event is over and the account has processed. A processing fee of $5 or the PayPal processing fee, whichever is greater, will be charged to all refunds for PayPal reservations.
