Registration Form - Greece Retreat June 20-24

We are happy and excited that you have chosen to join us for the yoga and wellness retreat. The retreat will take place from June 20-24 on the island of Evia, Greece.

Before we begin with the registration, please read the following details again:

The retreat price includes:

  • Transfers from Athens airport to the hotel and back (at a pre-agreed time)
  • Accommodation at the Eco Silence hotel on the island of Evia in Greece
  • Two nutritious, healthy, and tasty meals per day (morning and evening) + tea, coffee, and healthy snacks throughout the day.
  • Yoga and meditation practices (morning and evening)
  • A workshop on aromatherapy and natural pharmacy tailored to you
  • Chinese acupuncture treatments
  • A day trip including a special attraction (full details will be provided later)

The price does not include:

  • Flights - you can arrive independently, and we can offer you a flight quote according to your needs
  • Travel insurance for abroad - you need to insure yourself as with any trip
  • Beverages and food that are not part of the meals and that are ordered personally from the hotel staff

Costs, payments, and cancellations:

  • To reserve a place, a deposit of 200 euros must be transferred upon completing the registration form.
  • For early registration prices, the remaining amount must be transferred no later than April 18, 2024.
  • For regular registration prices, the full remaining amount can be transferred up to May 15, 2024.
  • Early registration cost - until April 18, 2024:
    • Per person in a triple room - 990 euros
    • Per person in a double room - 1090 euros
    • Per person in a single room - 1130 euros

After the early registration period ends (April 18, 2024): an additional 100 euros will be added to the prices

A registration confirmation will be sent to you after the payment has been made, the form has been filled out, and the cancellation policy has been agreed upon.

Payment will be made by bank transfer, after filling out the registration form and agreeing to the cancellation policy.

From May 10th to May 24th - a full refund except for the deposit (200 euros).

From May 24th to May 31st - a refund will be given except for 500 euros.After May 31st, no refund will be provided.
