Use this form to file a complaint about SPORTEGRATION, its courses, employees, volunteers or other participants.
All complaints submitted through this form will be handled by a working group of 3 people. They will keep your information confidential (they will not tell others your information).
If you wish you can also submit a complaint anonymously (without telling your name). You can also ask someone else to submit a complaint for you, if you cannot and do not want to do it yourself.
Filing a complaint WILL NOT affect your participation in SPORTEGRATION activities, or in any way negatively affect the support you may be receiving from SPORTEGRATION. Filing a complaint DOES NOT cost anything.

If you do not wish to file a complaint, but would rather share feedback or inputs with us, please be aware that those cannot be handled through this channel. As soon as we have set up a Feedback Form, we will share the link.
Please be aware that the truthfulness of any accusations will be checked before any action can be taken from the side of SPORTEGRATION.
Please note that we do not handle non-SPORTEGRATION related complaints through this form. For example, any issues with your or your family's asylum applications, with the SEM, with asylum seeker centers or housing, with the municipality or canton, or other administrative issues, cannot be handled through this form.
We aim to get in touch with you about your complaint within 7 days.
