OWN RISK
The teachers do everything to make the acrobatics/acroyoga safe with proper warm up, clear explanations of the exercises and demonstrations how to spot, although it's still acrobatics/acroyoga and involves risk. Every person joining is responsible for his/her own safety and the safety of the people around them.
