Teacher Grants 2023-2024 School Year

The purpose of the Longwood SEPTO Grant Program is to provide funding to teachers and staff that enable them to more effectively serve children with special needs.

1. You must be a current Longwood SEPTO member prior to applying for a grant.

2. All applications are due at least 1 month prior to the date needed. They will be reviewed and either approved or denied by the SEPTO Grant Committee. Grant recipients will be notified within 2 weeks of a decision. A limited number of grants are available. Grants are decided on a first come first served basis.

3. There is a $300.00 limit on each grant request (unless grouped together with other classes).  Anyone asking for a grant must commit to volunteering at one of our events.  There are no exceptions!

Paper grant request forms will no longer be accepted.  Please do not send them into school or to a private email address of one of our board members.

NOTE:  Grants are able to be paid directly to the vendors whenever possible.  If you are laying out the money you MUST submit a paid receipt for the items being reimbursed or we will not be able to reimburse you.
